A Large 20th Century Brevattato Hermle Imperial Italian Brass & Marble Mantel Clock. The clock is flanked by two cherubs, all set on a marble stand with a base decorated with banners and shields, all on paw feet. This is a chiming clock, which chimes once every 40 minutes and twice for each hour of the day with a beautiful sound. Inside the clock is the year 1982, and some initials are marked on the back of the clock mechanism; this is potentially the last service of the clock as it doesn't seem to be a manufacturing description. 
 
This is a working clock, but the movement is moving slightly faster and is gaining a minute or two each day.
